Raza Baig
Tennis Camp Director
Camp Director, Raza Baig, has over 5 years experience as the head coach of the men’s and women’s tennis programs at Ramapo College. Prior to being named head coach, he was the college’s assistant coach for both programs.
As head coach of the men’s tennis program, Baig led his team to 3 straight GNAC Conference championship wins. This year the men’s tennis team earned a trip to the NCAAs for the first time in Ramapo College history. Ramapo College men’s tennis team overall record stands at 54-17 over the last 5 years. In addition, Ramapo College women’s tennis team placed second in the NJAC conference for the last 5 years, with a record of 64-17.
Raza Baig was named coach of the year in the NJAC for women’s tennis and GNAC for men’s tennis for the past 2 years.
Coach Baig attended Allegheny College where he was a member of the tennis team in both singles and doubles for all 4 years. He is a certified USPTA and USNTA, and has been teaching professionally at New Jersey tennis camps and clinics for over 16 years.

Our tennis camp team is staffed by current or former college players, high school coaches, college coaches, and USPTA or USPTR certified coaches.
Since 2001, our company eCamps Sports Network, has developed over 100,000 young athletes at our camps nationwide. Our tennis staff is committed to the best on-court experience. Each director has a proven training program designed to ensure maximum improvement of all campers. Campers are grouped by ability and age, and spend each day working on their technical skills like footwork, strokes, strength, serving, volleying, etc as well as team concepts for playing doubles and tactical skills. We believe in personal interaction with each camper and are committed to the development of each campers skill set and goals.
